Spent my Easter weekend at a hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms were snug but nicely decorated and had working air conditioning. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and the staff was friendly. The hotel was located close to the beach, and parking spots were available in front of the hotel.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak and spotty at times, which made it difficult to post updates. , the hotel was not as clean as I would have liked it to be, but it was not a deal-breaker.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for both sunbathers and nature enthusiasts alike. the hotel is close to the beach, and also in close proximity to the Botanic Garden, which is a must, visit attraction for all. the rooms are clean and everyday toiletries are replaced, and the staff is friendly. the terrace is a great addition and perfect for star, gazing at night.

The Wi, Fi connection can be spotty at times.

it was in a quiet zone , fot those who want quiet ...staff was friendly and the food very good, the room was clean

it's too far away from beach ..especially when it't hot outside and you don't want to walk 30 minutes throug the sun ... but in the spring and fall i think it't an excelent choise ...because it't not expensive at all and , it's clean, friendly staff

a little far from center of town, we went late May and the pool was not open, it would have been nice.

The rooms with large balconies provide a nice view and are kept pretty clean. The staff is polite and the breakfast is good.

Everything was fine and there's nothing major to complain about.

The staff was very kind and available to our request. Nice position, very clean and enough place for parking(at that moment).

I reccomend to the staff the improve the skills for comunication: to learn better English language(all the staff) and to answer to the e-mails of the customers when they ask some information by e-mail

More attention to cleaning floor and the towels would be changed (clean but old). We spent a quiet night with fresh air and will return .

This hotel in Balchik exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was incredible. The prices were affordable and the quality of service and amenities provided was excellent. Secondly, the location was ideal. Although not right on the beach, it was close enough for a short walk, and it was even closer to the beautiful Botanic Garden. Lastly, the staff was fantastic. They were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were also well-kept and clean, with the added bonus of a large balcony for enjoying the views.

All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory.

This hotel in Balchik offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, situated close to the beautiful botanic gardens and a short walk to the beach. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that basic amenities are met and keeping the rooms exceptionally clean.

No major improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

Staff was very nice,but it is dificult to comunicate with them.

They do not guarante the safety of you parking.

09.07.2011, clean rooms, the staf is ok, the parking have video camera, easy to reach the beach and other locations, free and clean pool, the breakfast is until 10:30 so I dont have to putt mi clock to ring :) . I'm gona return next year

Nobody from the stuff speaks any language (how do you explain that you want your cicken roasted?) so the firs rule of comunication is dead, the pool is just until 22:00 clock, the breakfast is poor. In all Bulgaria the police is hunting the turist to give a ticket, for no reason you get a ticket and you have to pay in the spot. Anyway, to avoid any tickets you can do nothing.Advice : to have all times fire estigvisher and green jacket in your car.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, affordable breakfast, convenient parking, quiet location, pleasant atmosphere.

Nothing not to like.

Staff ok , room was clean, you can order lunch and dinner at a good price.

Beach to far for the hotel location , but with car its not a big issue.
